The abrasive water jet consumes a plenty of garnet sand for cutting, so it is not enough to use mini hopper only, you need to use a bigger abrasive feeding bucket to work with mini hopper.

Teenking auto-abrasive system can deliver the abrasive to the machine smoothly by air pressure under 3 bar, and automatically maintain the fullfill level of abrasive in the mini hopper.

The 100kg abrasive feeding system is stable and durable, there is empty alarm to remind operator to fill abrasive when it is empty, machine must be stopped during filling, and there is the 200kg capacity option , it supplies double capacity.

Teenking also supply 2T abrasive feeding bucket, which can fill 2000kg of garnet and no need to stop machine during refill the garnet, so it means machine can be run without stop allways.

available in 1ton or 2tons non-stop feeding abrasive tank large waterjet cutting machines or to those who needs to cut most of the time.
